Can I group more items in a single return?Updated a month ago

As you can see on our returns step-by-step guide, you need to select an order and consequently every item of the order you want to return. 

• If you select more items in the same order, you can group all the items in a single parcel to return them all together (it's more sustainable that way!).
• If you forgot to select an item during the return flow, please do not include that item in the return package, as you will not be refunded for it. In this case, please contact us so we can cancel your return request and you can submit a new one.
• If you need to return one or more items from different orders, please proceed to create different return requests, limiting this to one per order. Do not group items from different orders in the same package.
