Can I pay customs in advance?Updated a year ago

At ALOHAS, we are investigating and testing the best methods for you to pay these costs during the purchase flow and forget about paying them at delivery! So far, this option is only available in the UK. It may take some time, but we hope to be sharing our progress with the rest of the world soon!

If you are purchasing from the UK, you are an importer, which means for any order above £135 you need to pay customs costs for the delivery. In ALOHAS, you will be paying the customs and shipping costs in advance, this way you don't need to bother when the package enters the country, as you will not need to pay anything else. All costs will be covered and the order will be delivered to you without customs extra costs at the delivery

How to do it in four quick steps:

• Select your favorite item and check out.
• Fill in your information, including your UK delivery address.
• Select the shipping cost with tax and duties included, as shown in the image below. 
• Continue to payment.

On the other hand, remember that for orders below £135, no duties are required, so you can select the shipping fee based on the courier you prefer
