How can I check how many ALOHAS Circle points I have?Updated 8 months ago

Checking how many points you have in our ALOHAS Circle Program is super easy!

  1. Log in to your ALOHAS account

  2. From the left menu, click on the ALOHAS Circle Reward section

  3. Find your current balance 

  4. See how many points are missing to the next reward

Below, you can see the reward history and find out how many points are given for each action made: 

As you can see, some points have been approved, others are pending. Remember your pending points will be approved within 14 days from the action date. If the associated order is canceled or refunded, points will be then shown as declined.
