Sorry, we slipped! In the event that you receive an incorrect pair of ALOHAS - incorrect product or incorrect size - please contact us through our contact form providing the following information:
- Confirm the state of the package received
- Send us some photos where you show us the product you received and where the size is clearly visible, as well as the box label.
What we can do for you:
- In case the product is in stock, we will check if it is possible to send over a replacement.
- As you know, our business model is on-demand, so we may not be able to provide the correct product immediately. However, the product could be in pre-order. In that case, we will inform you about the shipping date and confirm with you, should you be willing to wait.
- If this is not the case, we will create a return request for you and, once the product is returned, transfer the amount of the incorrect item to a gift card for you to use as you wish.
Of course, you will have a free return for it and we will be happy to deliver the correct item at no cost in case it is necessary.
We work hard and carefully inspect all our shipments to avoid this kind of issue and we truly appreciate your patience and collaboration to have it fixed for you as soon as possible.
