I returned my order, how long does the refund take?Updated 5 months ago

When you return an ALOHAS item, the returns usually take from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in our warehouse. 

We will accept items that are in new condition, unworn, tags unremoved, and free of damages. We always recommend keeping the tracking information. For help on tracking, please consult the article How can I track my return?

Once the package has been delivered to us and inspected we will proceed with the refund. The reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase, under the name of SUNSET VENTURES SL. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed and be reflected in your bank account.
