My return request is under review, what should I do?

When you create a return request and select the return reason "Defective item", we need to review the issue according to our policy before approving your return.


We will be reaching out to you in the shortest timeframe requesting photos that will be reviewed exhaustively with the product and quality control department.

In case you do not provide us with the requested information, we will not be able to investigate your issue and therefore we will be forced to reject your request.
