Where can I drop-off my package for return?Updated 6 months ago
If your country is included in the free-returns countries list, at the end of the return process you will obtain a return label to download (an additional QR code option is currently available for the USA only).
On the label, there will be automatically displayed both the address the parcel has to be shipped to and the courier that has been assigned to your return.

To check the tracking, consult our help article How can I track my return? on how to identify the tracking number, based on the courier assigned to your return and in charge of delivering the package back to us.
Please bear in mind you can only return the articles previously selected during the return process on our return platform.
