Will a product ever be back in stock?
If you are reading this, you're probably looking for some sold-out or out-of-stock product. We're sorry the product you are looking for is not currently available and we would like to give you some information about how the process works.
At ALOHAS, the product replacement depends on our clients' demand. Our intention is to avoid unnecessary production, reduce material waste and follow a sustainable shopping model within the fashion industry. Therefore, we cannot confirm at this time whether a specific product will be available again soon.
The best way to tell us which products are you interested to have back is by adding them to your wishlist: you'll see a heart icon on the top right part of the product page. Click it after selecting the size you need and signing up for our newsletter, where you'll receive updates if the products you like are available again.
To check which items you added to your wishlist, and to see if they are now available or still sold out, you can review your own wishlist from your ALOHAS account! After login, go to the Wishlist section from the menu on the left. If the product is available, you will be able to go to the product page and complete your purchase there.
On some occasions, you will see a "Join the waitlist" button.
If you loved our sustainable styles, but weren’t able to buy them on time… It's nothing to worry about! Thanks to our waitlist system, we can compile a list of the models that you loved most and put them back in stock periodically. Please note it is not guaranteed that a product will be back in stock - however, if it is we will be sure to let you know! All you need to do is tell us which ones you loved most - we’ll take care of the rest.
